Faegre & Benson LLP has established a charitable foundation to support nonprofit organizations and causes in the communities it serves.

The Faegre & Benson Foundation focuses on those community organizations with a wide base of community support which are central in providing social and cultural programs and which enrich the experiences of those living in the community or which serve the charitable needs of the community as a whole.

Most grants are made in the month of December. The preferable time for submitting requests is early November of each year. No specific grant request form is required. Requests should be outlined in writing and accompanied by a recent annual report of the sponsoring agency which includes budget and contribution information. Time constraints prohibit Foundation representatives from meeting with applicants.
