Our summer associate programs include opportunities to meet and get to know our lawyers in both professional and social settings.
We plan a number of fun, social events so that summer associates can get to know our lawyers and one another outside of the office. These include barbecues, picnics, dinners at lawyers' homes, trips to the theater or local music and sports events. You may find yourself enjoying the Shakespeare Festival in Boulder, a Rockies game at Coors Field in downtown Denver, or a Twins game at the brand new Target Field in downtown Minneapolis.
We conduct weekly informational meetings to provide summer associates with information about how our firm works. We provide an overview of our areas of practice, pro bono programs, and training and mentoring programs. We also discuss our evaluation methods and procedures, compensation structure and how an associate progresses to partnership.
Our summer programs provide an excellent opportunity to gauge whether our firm is where you'd like to launch your career. They also provide a chance to build professional and personal relationships that you'll enjoy for many years to come.
