Bob Comer will be a featured speaker at the Energy Development on Public Lands Conference, taking place on August 16 and 17 in Denver, Colorado. The two-day program addresses current news and legal issues for federal land developments within the mineral, energy, and renewable energy industries. Comer is also co-chair of the program. He will present, "Smoother Sailing Through the NEPA Review Process," and will serve as moderator for two additional panels, "Mitigation Tips for Specific Types of Projects on Public Lands" and "Permitting Strategies for Big Projects."
